Motivating myself to go to gym was the toughest task, but my personal trainer Vinoth anna is supporting me a lot, from workout to diets, he make sure that I properly do my workout, follow my diets, and finally motivates me to come to gym. I really love the ambiance of the gym, room alloted for male and female are so good. It has separate space for bathing and washroom, we get access for hot and cold showers.
