Visited during last week. Location is great if you live in Rohini or nearby area. Well maintained property. Staff is very well trained. They can definitely work on the food taste. Presentation wise there was no problem.
It was a lovely experience staying in crowne plaza, the ambience, food and location was amazing. The staff is humble and courteous specially Harshit and Yash at front desk who made our stay memorable. Aditya (manager) was great and made it 10 on 10 experience and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. Sonica and Harshita (guest relations) were supportable and having pleasant personality standing in lobby to greet the guests.
Excellent location amidst the commercial space. Has turned out to be a mass hotel and also primarily for training by corporates with parallel usage by 3-4 corporate houses for their staff. The service has got scope of improvement. With huge footfall team is unable to handle the load during breakfast and dinner time. Rooms are very clean and tidy.
I am a regular visitor to crown plaza Delhi Rohini. Every visit is as wonderful as previous one. It is always a pleasurer to interact with the team. You always see that they are ready to go an extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The food is awesome and so is the hospitality of Mosiac. really thankful to the chef for making such a wonderful food and thanks to PankaJ/ Mukesh and Jhonson for ensure best in class hospitality . Thanks ful to the front end staff . Yah/ Harshita/ Aditya/ Gurprit/ Gurjot/ for serving with smile every time we meet and the house keeping staff Raj for helping me with my in house needs.

The coffee shop is right at the entrance. Decent coffee and dessert options. Sadly nothing is gluten free. Their home kitchen does fabulous food. All allergens are specifically mentioned. The chef tried to accommodate special meal requests very well. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Ive attended a few weddings here and Ivan the banquet is beautiful for Indian celebrations.
Recently stayed there, the service and the food were amazing. First time in India, the staff made us feel like we had a home away from home. A special thank you to Yogesh, Chef Vikas, Mahek and Anita for their warmth and service. I would defintiely recommend this hotel.
The best IHG experience I have had in a long time. Extremely hospitable staff and excellent guest focus. Anurag who is the operations manager sets a benchmark for guest service and valueing IHG elite membership. Anurag should potentially train IHG managers on guest service and hospitality. This property would remain my go-to when I visit Delhi.
