The room was very clean. I worked nights so I arranged for housekeeping to come after 5pm and they were quick to accommodate. Everyone was very nice. The concierge was very helpful as well. He recommended places to visit while I was here. My flight was canceled and they were quick to extend my stay which was super helpful and I was able to keep the same room. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Oh and the view from my room overlooking the city is breathtaking.
Amazing experience being here. All staff is very courteous and helpful. Special mention for their staff member Gulshan who went extra mile to guide us and made it sure that we happy and comfortable. Just to add they have a very nice and reasonable bakery shop and all the items are just wow.
The rooms are spacious and clean with comfy beds. The staff are really helpful and the food was delicious! Hotel team have great energy and are always around to help you with anything you need. We were with family and we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks for the hospitality!
As you walk in Pradeep and Surinder are there to greet you. They take care of the minutest details of your personal requirements and surprisingly remember them. The checkin process is the smoothest with warm greetings. Room is set as per personal requirements and everything is available and in place. Jacob in room service remembers every dish's you like Narautam in the restaurant greets and treats you like a family. Awesome spread of breakfast is available. Debashish your team is as good as you.
