Went there for my mothers Rct of teeth through ECHS referral . All they wanted was money . Very corrupt people . Did capping of half teeth and gave a date of two months later for capping of half teeth . Very sad to see such medical ethics being prcaticed by these people !!

The artificial teeth placed came out within three minutes. Such substandard work is never expected from the only dental hospital empanelled on ECHS in the state. It is betrayal to the faith of elderly ex-serviceman. The doctor and receptionist kept on insisting to place the costliest implant on payment rather than what is authorized by ECHS. On rejection of the said proposal the hospital team was highly demoralized and their behavior changed drastically as if someone has denied them the opportunity to earn 3k x 28 = 84K as asked for. The end result is this substandard work. Highly shameful and disgusting conduct of the staff. Bihar deserves better standards of both dentistry as well as professional conduct. The sense of service should always be greater than the lust for money that too from ex-servicemen who are entitled dignified free treatment and not apathy and neglect. Tremendous improvement is is needed in the hospital on all fronts.

The dental clinic was a pleasant experience. The staff was courteous, and the dentist was thorough and explained the procedure well. The clinic was clean and well-maintained. The prices were reasonable, and the results were great. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this clinic.

One of the worst mistake of my life. With RCT they give 1 year of warrenty and try to avert it with their maximum effort if something goes wrong. I got RCT in August 2021. As soon as it got completed, i felt unusual pain. They said it will settle down but it did not. In November 2021 i reported I am feeling pain. They started giving me some Desi treatment, in January 2022, it got unbearable then they removed Cap accepted their was some infection and started calling to their clinic every 2nd week. In last of February 2022, they again put cap in place. Said it will never pain again. But no it continued. I consulated my cousin who is dentist, according to her RCT was not proper. For the last time I went to thier clinic in June 2022. Made me wait for 5+ hours. Ashutosh Sir was not there, Junior drs were not ready to see. So waited for him to come. He gave suggestion to gargle with Salt water and it will be fine. On reception they wanted to sell their medicine saying calcium definceicy migt be reason. I told i will take medicine, but will never come if problem persists. Unfortunately problem persisted. I am not local to Patna but spend atleast 4-5 months because of this. It is August 2022 still going through pain. But i am not going again. Knowing they will never fix it. Waste of money (which is generally double of regular dentist) and time. Edit : Cap broke after only 13 months while it was in my mouth for 10 months :p Edit: Pain was increasing continuously so went to Mumbai. Stayed there 15 days. Got treatment from my cousin. Had to re root. Surprisingly it was lot cheaper. Finally after 2 years of struggle, felt some relief.

Hi, I am sandhya singh from boring road patna. I had a good experience at oro dental. All doctors and staff are very cooperative specially Dr. Rishiyanka yadav. The RCT was conducted successfully by hands of Dr. Rishiyanka. I have no words to express towards Dr. Rishiyanka for her greatness and friendly behavior. I would just say that there are very few people who do their work honestly. Thank you Dr. Rishiyanka.....

The dental clinic provided excellent service with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. The clinic was clean and modern, and the dentist was professional and attentive to my needs. Highly recommend.

Every person I met in the office (Dr. Pruett, Alex, and Sharice) was courteous friendly and professional. They really took the time necessary to do everything right - and as a new patient took some really good time to get to know me and my family. Great dental experience!

This was my second visit to Coppell Heritage Dentistry. The first was about a month ago to get my teeth cleaned and xrays done. Both appointments went smoothly. Dr Pruett started a crown on a bottom molar today and the only discomfort was the normal deadening process which wasn't as bad as i remember from past dental work. The temporary crown feels great. Absolutely no complaints. The office staff was pleasant and Dr Pruett was gentle and considerate.
