I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Very spacious rooms, toiles are clean and big. We stayed at the 3rd floor, room services are loose, lazy. We told them to give us water they came with it almost an hour later. We told them to clean the room everyday but they cleaned the room only once. So don't expect any great service but the room and location is absolutely beautiful.

Location is very good, rooms are also clean, but food service was pathetic. We ordered french fries which teste was like hell, ghar k mammi k alu bhaja isse better hai. Tv was not working , . Chair was broken. Otherwise everything was ok. Staff were good. I'll say to servicing the tv.if next time we go we'll be satisfied. And pls try to add more veg item. Overall it's good. We'll visit again.

I was just staying there It was amazing room neat and clean but management should be change pillow it was dirty otherwise everything is good

Walking distance from central park metro station and bikash bhaban. Environment is too quiet hotel's location is too good you can travel for sec v and newton by bus from 500m distance from this hotel. Rooms are too clean and bathrooms are aslo clean.very good quality of foods. Service also good and behavior of the staffs are polite. Price of the foods are little bit expensive. Ambiance of the hotels is soo nice. You can go to tcs gitabitan exam centre from this place by auto 215A and k1 bus and also from theke central park metro. The best thing of the hotel is if you face any problem in room about water,food,ac then staffs are very active and will slove your problems too quick

Crossroads is an apartment turned into a hotel that is located near BD Market, Salt Lake and is at a walking distance from the City Centre. The room was clean and the bathroom was quite spacious. What I liked the most was the behaviour of the staffs who were always ready to help. Also there are great food joints within walking distance from this hotel.

Outstanding location and the property is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained and clean rooms with very well behaved stuffs who are humble enough to assist you with your asks and queries. I had a pleasant time there and would definitely suggest to anyone reading this for family visit-business trip-personal time with your loved one. Book through Goibibo for good discount.
