Crossfit Myden - Gym in Navi Mumbai - Thane, India

Crossfit Myden has been awesome to me. The trainers here are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It's great! The workouts are fun and effective (specially Friday's ). Highly recommendable!

There is no better place to workout then CrossFit Myden !! Not just workout the coaches here would pay special attention on your stretching and posture which plays a vital role.. you get adequate space to workout and the required equipments are well maintained as well. Gym is open 5 days a week ( weekends closed). I have seen difference in my fitness level within 2 months of dedicated workout and diet. You can achieve your goals as well ! I can go on and on with the positives about this place without even having one negative point so let me just conclude by saying It's not just a gym it's a family where we workout together and stay healthy :)

It has been around three months since i joined crossdit myden. I have not done any extensive workouts before this and is my first time. So far it has been great experience. Coaches are great and give personal touch. The whole community is great and give a close-nit family feeling. I have been benefitted a lot. My health parameters like lipid profile are improved and able to sleep better. My strength, posture and overall fitness level has improved extensively. I highly recommend crossfit myden to all who are looking to improve their fitness level.

Located inside full stop mall, second floor. The place has ample space for parking and sanpada is the closest station. There's also a yulu stand right outside the building. For a crossfit setting, Myden has one of the largest floor space, in Navi Mumbai. It's well kitted and they recently added a fresh lot of equipments. Beginners joining have nothing to worry about as they have a foundation course, following which you'll be assigned a batch having a fair mix of beginners and seasoned crossfitters. And the coaches give the beginners concessions wrt reps and weights and make sure that you're slowly built up to a higher level. The coaching staff is excellent. Coach Manoj is a certified level 2, soon to be level 3. The workouts are meticulously planned and explained with the science behind it and proper technique. They emphasize a lot on pre and post workout stretching, which helps a lot with the pain and general mobility of the joints. And I appreciate that the coaches push us out of our comfort zone but within our capacity. Myden offers a 50% off on your first transaction. It's better deal to take a longer package with the first transaction. (the rate card on google is outdated, contact them for the revised cost)

There is no option for zero star or I would have given that... below average coaching and seems to have established for money making .. a new learner who has some skills can't learn here because coach Sagar confines you to level 1 to have prolonged coaching to earn money.... Coach infact instil fear of injury if you try backflip without undergoing his boring routine steps ...I would recommend to go Flyzone Andheri ( although they charge more but they will level you up in your skills) or join any other gymnastic Centre or learn even in sand with Friends help but don't waste time and money here ..there is another gymnastic centre in Sanpada for kids which is way better in terms of pedagogy...this is waste of money

Wonderful crossfit center. Well trained and knowledgeable coaches. Good focus on cleanliness. So much of variety in workout, each day is fun and enjoyable. I am happy.

It is the bestest ever place to workout which i have been to. The coaches here are super supportive and more than that, they are the most encouraging ppl i have met. The aura inside the box is completely different than the regular gyms, because of the people here. You ask me about myden, and i can never stop talking about it <3 This place is something that you'll miss when you can't go. It is inexplicable <3 Love MYDEN

It's been almost 2 months that I have joined CrossFit Myden and I've never loved working out before this. Every day there is a new workout/ partner workouts and games which breaks the monotony and makes it very interesting. Great equipments and the most cleanest and biggest box in New Bombay. Instructors are well trained and help you out at every step. And apart from the workouts there are nutrition sessions where they guide you on the diet. All in all a very good place to be a part of the CrossFit community, must give a visit!
