After joined this gym i loose around 8 kg weight in very less duration.
So I suggest this gym for loosing/gaining weight ,for cardio, bodybuilding and many more .

Very good experience for me. There trainer give proper training and also provide proper schedule of workout and pay attention personally. All type of equipment are available at gym. In my point of view it's best gym as compare to other gym

This gym is amazing. Air conditioned, good change rooms with showers. Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. Amazing facility, top wonderful equipment gym and great environment. Great budget gym to start with if it's your first time. Went for a three month trial and it was a good experience.
-The trainers are helpful and they give attention and time to you (even though they are not your personal trainer).
-The workouts designed are nice. They have all new and good equipments.
-They have a dietician who initially takes your body measurements, prepares your diet chart but followups are not generally taken.
- Zumba, Aerobic exercise, Steam Bath etc are all included in the same package
All and all.. it's a good gym to go with cross

The she fitness gym maintains hygiene and healthy practices even after covid is past us. The facility is good and trainer is very helpful and polite. The crowd is also pleasant.
