A very well maintained fitness centre and gym that contains all the essential equipments required for various types of training. Very pleased with the way they maintain hygiene during these Covid times. The trainers are also very sincere and dedicated. Overall, would highly recommend the place to have a safe and enjoyable workout.
Awesome ambience and well maintained . great care is given to maintain the room sanitised. The gym trainer is very supportive interms of guidance towards the fitness journey. The Air conditioning is switched off in view of covid restrictions. There is a separate section for cardio and for female cardio members. The morning timings are 0530 to 0900 Hrs and in the evening it opens at 5. This is an excellent option considering the membership fees (600 rs for gym workout only ) will have to pay extra for using cardio equipment. The gym is located on the top floor and have to use stairs to reach there.They allow both men and women train at the same time and offers a safe ambience.
Very good gym with experienced trainers.. AC and TV facilities are there with spacious workout space for more than 15 people at a time.
