It has been more than 2 years now in this gym. It has been the best fitness journey so far. As a beginner it was difficult for me initially but the Trainers here helped me with all the exercises and correcting my posture . The trainers and the management motivates on the daily level. Positive gym with Positive staff. Highly recommend this gym to everyone.

Let me tell you honestly about this gym, i hv been going regularly since i joined approx 6 months, it's the best gym in Patna with most humble & motivating trainers. Functional training & cross fit training are amazing. Especially Yoga, Gymnastics, Zumba, MMA etc are completely included in the package. Loved the gym, i wish i could give you more than 5

Have been going to the gym for almost a month. And, this is now my happy place. There are many things that I love in the gym but the best part is the #nopersonaltrainer facility provided. There are many types of training in cardio that make the exercise interesting such as HIIT, CrossFit, Gymnastics, and kickboxing. You also get flexible timings where you can come as per your importance. The owner is very good to talk to and explains in an extremely amazing way when you come to enroll in the gym. There are trainers for different trainings and they are very helpful and friendly. Dietician fix your diet routine and there is compulsory reviewing every 15 days. The environment in the gym is something which one would love.

This is my first and the best gym experience ever. I feel so much motivated and encouraged with the vibe of the gym.. Specially our trainer ( Leon sir )he is so much cooperative and well mannered person in nature .. my workout journey becomes so much better and positive under his guidance. Talking about hygiene then its all clean and tidy inside and safe for female to perform workout. I would suggest (Crossfit studio) to every person looking for perfect gym.

I really like this gym. The gym has almost all the equipment required for training and most of the equipment are in great condition. The gym is spread in two floors. The 2nd floor is strength section and has equipment for weight lifting which includes bench press, dumbbells, squat racks and so on. The 3rd floor is cardio section and has equipments for cardio ranging from treadmill, tires, cycles, ropes, punching bag etc. The best part about the gym are the trainers. In almost all of the gyms is Patna you will have to give personal training fee to get good guidance but they don't allow any personal training in this Gym. You pay for the gym and trainers guide you correctly. Trainers are pretty helpful and have lots of knowledge on fitness and training.

The best thing I liked about this gym is that there is no system for Personal Trainer as most of the gyms offer, So it means you don't have to pay extra for training, All the trainers are training every member equally, Your body weight, fat, BMI, etc will check regularly. Plus, you get the proper diet guidance according to your body & health. All the trainers are very well in behaviour and this is the safest gym for girls in Patna.
