Good experience.. Physically purchasing product is still best experience then online shopping... You can actually see how it looks and experience on self.. offline shopping had its own love language.. Cherry on top is there customer service Recently I had problem with 1 of the product and luckily it was in waranty... And the replacement process was so smooth... All I had to do was to tell the phone number while ordering and show the bill that's all... they checked non working product and replaced it... Recommended

Modern, clean, good service Have bought various electronics with them over the past year and always a good experience. Excellent service last week from Zakir from Apple who helped me with good guidance and great patience to transition to the new I-Phone. Thanks for that.

Staff members speak very politely and fool customer by taking money on spot and not delivering entire products as committed. We will have to follow multiple times and they block our number, so that customer cannot reach them. Very very bad experience. After paying amount; not getting the product as per order is disgusting experience. My sincere suggestion, please ask for cash on delivery option and pay only after correct installation.

This particular Croma store is the worst I have ever encountered. Tata Management is renowned for its excellent service, but this store falls short in every aspect. The sales agents seem to be mere statues, standing idly and assuming that every customer is merely window shopping. Whenever we approach them with a query or ask about product availability, they glance around nervously and dismissively claim that the item is not available, quickly retreating from the scene. No one bothers to follow up or inquire further. It is high time for a change in mindset among the staff and management.

1. Good variety of products and good rates. 2. Staff will push only for those brands where they get better commission. 3. Billing is very slow. 4. I can't purchase a product of my own choice, they will push for a different product. 5. I visited the store to buy a Sony OLED TV, but the store executive is continuously pushing me for a different brand. 6. I exited the store without any purchase.

Great store. Good selection of products available and there are always some or the other offers which are available. They are even able to compete with Amazon prices. Good to visit the store to see the product before buying. Good and attentive staff as well.

You can get pretty much everything here. Helpful staff. Know atleast the basics about the gadgets you wanna buy. Know what suits you instead of getting the latest version unnecessarily. Apart from that, there's one unhygienic unisex washroom Limited parking space and seatings

Extremely unprofessional, do not live up to commitment wasted 2 days for me to give delivery of my washing machine, cashier is rude and doesn't have basic customer handling skills. Santosh is an over committer and liar as whatever he told about delivery was a wrong also I cross checked as I had to be home to take a delivery 2 full days wasted. Delivery agent marked it delivered on first day when it is not delivered. I think they should understand value of someone's time before making wrong commitments.
