Croma - Urapakkam - Electronics store in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

Visited this branch of Croma to buy a large screen TV. They have a fairly good collection of TVs and the staff were very cooperative explaining about the features. Starting from the premium range to their own brand Croma TV, one can select as per their requirement. They are offering excellent financial options too. While walking around, I tested a few sound bars, tower speakers etc. At every place, staff were helping with a smiling face. Keep it up Croma.

Came here to buy Philips Air Fryer, the store is quite big and has good parking space. The appliances are arranged in a great way and there are like wide collections too... Good attending staff, they even waited for me since I already called them about the purchase. Very good experience over all and a good product.

We had visited Croma yesterday to purchase a few large appliances. Bhuvanesh helped us and provided excellent support and service. I had rated Croma poor last year because of bad service and after sales support I received. But, we were surprised by the excellent improvement in service this time. Keep up the good work.

Last week I visited croma store urapakkam branch. It's nice experience to buy the TV. They are giving very good service. And the price range is very lower than other retailers. An also have a parking facility. Over all good experience.

We bought Faber Chimney, LG A/C and Kent RO at Croma Urapakkam. The chimney function was well explained by the staff. RO and AC features were also explained well. They have also assisted with the installation and installation was done on the expected date and time. I have exchanged my old A/C and the exchange rate was reduced on the bill amount itself. Overall nice experience and quite good varieties of all Home appliances.
