I buyed power bank from croma it was last piece i seen packing thought ok sometimes package damage because I had buy many products from them so kept trust.I opened packing after 10 days seen inside package damage too then seen power bank seems old print got fade after that checked model checked on YouTube i didn't got user manual after that checked serial number it was unmatched on power bank and box i gone to shop today explained all they wasn't agree to replace i said feels like it was for display and everyone had used he was agreed one of his employee removed aerial number sticker from box removed proof as u can see in below image Even they didn't remove croma scan tag from it after i gone they removed it and it has been all recorded in seawood croma if i didn't got replacement I'll stop buying croma product and need to share with my friends disappointed service It's not customer fault don't tell me T&C of 7 days or anything just tell me this is how u provide package or product i didn't paid u half money or crush currency i deserve same how i paid
