The service providers are good and also the staff is really good at guiding in. Had an amazing experience while choosing the laptop ,while Mr. Augustin whose working over there is very cooperative and helped me out in every possible manner to get the required laptop I wanted. When I came it was bright...now it's dark and I'm still in the store. Just because another sales rep did my billing/booking initially and he was off today, the other sales rep that was to attend me lacked the patience and also neglected serving me. Really not appreciating this service from Croma a TATA brand.

We have had a wonderful experience because of your personnel, Mr. Siddharth Jadhav. After installing our refrigerator he inquired why the washing machine was sticking out of the slot in our modular kitchen. I told him how SLEEK, the masters in modular kitchen goofed up with the measurements and just left us stranded knowing that we have a wedding in the family. After the customary PR exercise, there was a deafening silence from SLEEK. He, in minutes solved the problem without grouting, cutting the granite or removing a floor tile(suggestions by SLEEK). The machine is back in its slot! What a relief to us, Senior Citizens after a week of stress, and a horrible experience meted out to us by SLEEK. Thank you Siddharth for coming to our rescue. You are an excellent technician but more than that a person with a soul and heart. God bless you always.

Visited your porvorim show room on 24th November 2023 , decided to buy laptop , paid 35 k advance. I was told that selected laptop is not in stock and you have to wait for 3 days. I was called on 28th and informed about arrival of laptop. When visited you show room on 29th following us the status. 1. No one responding as concern offical was on leave. 2. After talking to few staff one responded. 3. Billing procedure not known . Everybody talking to each other to find out how to bill. 4. Concern person is not ready to show the laptop before payment when demo piece/display piece was not available at the time of advance payment 5. Suprise to note such mis- management and careless approach. We do not aspect such service from India big name TATA.

Croma at Porvorim is the 'go to' store for all kinds of electronic appliances. I had a great experience shopping at croma. The staff there greet you humbly and are willing to help you make a suitable choice based on your requirement. They harbour in depth knowledge about a wide range of products and explain minute details to you in a simplified manner. This was our second purchase at Croma wherein we bought a refrigerator.
