I had purchased gas stove from them and they confirmed at the time of purchase that they will raise installation request for the same and the amount has to be borne by us. We agreed to pay the extra installation charges, however after 3 days of delivery no body came to install the stove and the store also stopped receiving the calls. After calling croma customer care, I got to know that there was no request raised for the installation by the store. Pathetic service by the store. They just sell you the product and then dont receive the calls for any service.
Worst experience I was thinking after such a grand opening of such showroom will provide us good services but I was wrong not only one time it happens 2 time No one is ready to take responsibility of any problem pouring one upon another I bought a washing machine nd tv no one is come to install it we did by ourself i will never ever visit on this showroom nd never suggest to any one also
Khandwa needs a trust for electronic items which is croma brings for us best offers we can get here on the products.
