It's been a bad experience . No response from the manager and the delivery team was thoroughly unprofessional and unskilled. Bought a refrigerator on 13 August and they delivered a wrong item , after a complaint they agreed to send the one that we asked for. That refrigerator is still lying at home and they haven't picked it up . No complaints work , no call are taken , the store number is unresponsive and the Manager never respond . . Pathetic experience . Will waiting for my problem to be resolved .
If there is negative stars I would have rated chroma.I have purchased LG tone tws and I'm facing some distortion in the tws I went to croma within 24 hours but they are refused to replacement the product stating no problem In the product but me and my brother can able to identify the problem still they are not ready to fix. This is worst customer service experience which I have experienced till now. As per your reply I have checked with your customer care 4 to 5 time they are closing the request as to visit the branch if there is no resolution then writing to customer care is also wasting my time
The Worst Croma Store of all. The male staff member on call is irresponsible and least caring. I ordered a product online and it was express shipping. When i called to get details they straight away rejected to deliver. When I asked if I should come then they said they'll deliver. At the end I was scammed and didn't get the delivery. Please be careful!!!
I have been trying to get in touch with the store since 5 days . pathetic service for customers. Delivered a wrong item and the store has not taken back the Refrigerator from my house for the past five days . No response from the Kharkhana store at all.The Store manager has not taken my calls too. The Delivery team is absolutely careless and negligent . Would like the store manager or senior Croma staff to look into this. Surprised it is a Tata Enterprise.
Worst service, I have ordered sony 65 inch tv and it has been fitted by sony technician. On Tv dots are coming . I don't know how they packed the tv and delivered home. Worst packing and worst delivery management. Nobody cares about customer. I have also ordered on 26.06.23 Samsung speakers it is showing already delivered but till now it has not reached home. I request croma karkhana to resolve my sony tv issue and replace the tv ASAP with out expecting continuous call follow up from me.
I purchased one croma induction from karkhana branches since 2018 Feb. The sales man saying it was good qualities and long lasting. But now the induction is not working then I am again visiting the place with my induction the customer care manager saying is there no warranty so I can't do anything.
