Reducing 1 star , with my recent experience I have been regular customer of CROMA trusting the Brand , but my mind is changing .. I order a 628 little Haier fridge and it was defective .. they have done the promt replacement and that is more defective now i have been following up to get them picked up..
Don't have option for 0 otherwise have been rated that. No fulfilment of commitment. Delivery guy talking rudely. Product promised on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday. No update on delivery. And product received was in damaged condition.
Worst experience i had at croma thane. Full diwali festival period ruined by them. After sale service is poor. Firstly 10 day delay for delivery and after that send a damage piece. Very very bad experience we had.

We have visited shop for purchase mixer and choose one finally, since it was properly described by person, but shop representative was not reddy to open and show us the contents in box before payment, and if all items are not proper in the box ? She was not in position to reply, since shop has only single piece of that item.
