Croma - DB Mall - Electronics store in Bhopal - Bhopal, India

I think these people are buying Paid Reviews because most of the reviews you look, then customer is so irritated and frustrated with the CROMA people. One such incident happened with me too. I went to buy "MACBOOK AIR M2 CHIP" from CROMA Store. Firstly no one seems interested in selling the product. They were like if you want to buy, your wish, want to see the product your wish, don't want to buy your wish. We won't show you the product and give details about it as we are getting paid anyway. What the hell?? Customer is paying more than lakhs of rupees to buy the product and store people are not interested only. Secondly i asked "PLAY STATION CD's" not once but thrice but still no one ever bothered to show or get the CD's. The store people behave as they own the TATA company or they are the real owners of CROMA Brand. So much attitude, disgusting!!!! Now after my this review CROMA will reply- "WE ARE VERY SORRY FOR YOUR SUCH KIND OF EXPERIENCE. WE CERTAINLY DON'T WANT SUCH KIND OF EXPERIENCES WITH OUR CUSTOMERS" and after this no action will be taken. Same old routine with arrogant staff. I also feel sorry for RATAN TATA SIR that these people are ruining the brand image of TATA and that's why people are not buying from the CROMA Store next time after their horrible experience. I don't know when CROMA will train their staff and especially this store in DB Mall, Bhopal so that they can somehow improve their image.

No poor service I have purchased a samsung phone from there store after some timing the phone have some issue I went to croma store and saw them the phone just to see that phone they charge 5000 Rs and tell it's water damage start giving silly excuse deny to return the phone they ask us to pay the service cost which is useless I feel like cheated I purchase this phone for 27000 Rs and they want me to pay 5000Rs more even I have ensured my phone they sells us the insurance saying we will take care of any damage under this but still happened till date they have our phone they don't want to return after many visit to there store I get nothing no response I strongly recommend do not visit this store in db mall maybe other store of croma maybe different but this store is bad really bad poor service rude staff I want to give negative rating but I can't do that here don't waste your money here buy items from your nearby store they are using brand name there is nothing good here..

Delayed services, very bad experience sales person described different services after purchase send different model . They said Installations will be provided by them now they asked for chargeable installation

Extremely Bad service. I've ordered a geyser from there and they assured us to get it delivered the very next day. No one visited us the next day. They have taken the whole payment and extremely bad service. Also literally no one was there to explain us about the product.It seems like they are forcefully doing it

Instead of receiving a courteous response or assistance, I was met with disdain and disrespect from the staff. Their behavior was utterly humiliating and inexcusable. It is disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and empathy from individuals in a customer-facing role. What made this experience even more frustrating was the staff's complete lack of knowledge regarding the product's availability. They seemed utterly clueless about when the iPhone 15 Pro Max would be in stock, leaving me with no information whatsoever. This level of incompetence in providing basic product information is baffling and unacceptable. I strongly caution anyone considering a visit to the Croma store in DB Mall, Bhopal, to think twice. The deplorable treatment I endured during my visit has left me with an overwhelmingly negative perception of this establishment, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to others. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call to the management of Croma to address these severe issues promptly and to reconsider their customer service standards.

This is one of finest store in bhopal, jitendra, anurag and vinay are finest employees who are always ready to help. They always give the best advice. Must visit for all electronics shopping.
