I recently visited Chroma Showroom, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! Despite being a smaller showroom, they have an impressive selection that caters to various tastes and styles. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing personalized assistance to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The attention to detail and the curated collection make Chroma Showroom stand out.

It's only for display. Products are not available for buying immediately. They take 6 hours or 1 day to deliver even smallest product to you. We went for buying fan, only display piece was available. We went for buying induction cook top, only display piece was available. Who is going to be at loss ?? Inventory management is poor. I went for buying iPhone, they promised to make it available in 2 hours. But at the end gave us in evening after wasting our time.

This guys will ask you to post a 5 star review on Google after you are done purchasing. But when it comes to delivering your product on time, they will give you excuses like the product is in transit (which is obviously none of our business). Deleted the previous 5 star review. 1 star is the lowest I can give, or else I wouldn't give even that. Improve your services before asking your customers to give you a 5-star rating.

Could be more professional. Product ordered was delivered timely however was informed not to open the box as installation person would schedule visit to help install and make sure product is working. It's been 2 weeks. Unhelpful staff. Their phone lines don't work and are switched off. No email reply yet from customer service. Update: In response to your reply of emailing customer service. I have already stated in the review about the communication issues reaching you via phone and email. Please check your customer emails and fix your business phone. What you are asking is redundant.

Only some brands are available and prices are also high than online. I prefer to visit local stores they give you best value of product and also gives good services . You can visit the croma store as your choice. Take the experience. But only visit on Monday to Friday. On Saturday Sunday there are very rush

I have purchased fridge from this store. Having complaint of continuous noise it's disturbing and not safe. Also requested service team for multiple time there is no response from Croma and service team SR I have raised SR request BOF030823FS02596 Very poor response and poor quality product received it's about 20 days now please respond. This is not expected from Croma
