Most of the appliances we bought from Chroma Bsr mall. But in my recent purchase of Bosch washing machine, I felt very bad customer service. No courtesy to the regular customers. Took hell lot of time for billing due to slowness in internet and billing servers. Not a happy purchase...
We went there to buy Smartwatch and Bluetooth headset. There were staff all around, and we called somebody for help. They just looked at us, then continued talking. Then somebody came after about 15 minutes. She just told that the Smartwatch is utter waste without mobile phone. She didn't even wait for us to reply or ask any question, and she didn't even ask if we wanted to buy anything else and left us there. We left, and we will never come back. Worst customer service.
Customer friendly. I bought an LG purifier. Croma staff contacted me and helped to get the installation of the purifier as much as fast as possible. But some of the products in their online portal are not available in this store, eg, In dishwasher some brands are not available
Fraud people , selling fraud product Zopper. They will come to your home in the name of service and break your product and blame it on the product. My AC had water leaking issue due to the dust. I used to do regular service to remove dust. Last time when I went to Chroma for Purchase, they offered me Zopper stating 2 AC service 1 AC gas refill and unlimited service for home appliances. For 2500 So I bought the product and asked to come for service. They said it will be some in 24 to 48 hours but came after 4 days to do service. I had only water leaking issue due to dust and my fan was working good and I had good cooling in my AC. When the technician came he said gas needs to be refilled as there is only 50 and the AC needs 90. I said okay to refill and he did the service and refill. Once service was completed when he switched on the AC the fan was not working and I asked him why he blamed it on AC and finally some how by rotating the fan he made it to work and left home. The very next day fan stopped working when I called him, he again blamed it on the AC. I raised complaint in Chroma. But the zopper refused to come for repair stating they can't do it. It feels like they come for service and they break your product and ask for extra money to repair it. I need full transparancy on this issue. Some company has to take the list of houses in which they did service before and find out how many of them suffered the same issue.

Very Bad experience. I bought a washing machine and it took more than 4 days for installation to happen and still waiting for that. People are getting discriminated based on Language. I don't understand and speak local language so I am not being provided on time installation. Very pathetic behaviour and pathetic service. It's better to buy online than from store atleast you have proper time tracking available here they will always say within 24-48 hours we will solve your problem but that again get recharge after 48 hours.
Had very good experience with Ms.Padmavathi. She is very patience enough to sort out all our queries., providing demo on water purifiers and polite enough to handle us. Had great experience overall.
