I purchased all electronics appliances from croma.. They gave me such nice offers nd very good services. Very satisfied staff service. Polite behaviour. Customer friendly behaviour.I recommend this place for shopping your electronic appliances as per my experience.
So we decided to buy a laptop bag and ear buds. I want to give 5 starts to Jaimin who explained us really well about the product (ear buds). But at the same time Digvijay (wearing red t-shirt) dint even bother to come and explain the product, all the bags were dirty with dust on it, we asked him to get this cleaned at least what we chose. And we asked him about the price of the bag also, where he directed us to the cash counter. I think he need more training or needs to be learn how to treat the customers.
