I came to buy a laptop But there was no response from Staff. All staff were busy talking with each other. Felt very bad. Such a big brand chroma and Staff for careless. The salesman has zero knowledge about the laptops. They know only the price and the discount. Then we went to 2nd floor to buy a microwave but the sale man was asking us which model you want. Please Check in Google and let us know.. He has no Knowledge about the Product features.

It was my first experience in croma. Well had an excellent experience in it. Well the thing was I had no idea to buy an washing machine. I just randomly entered to see just the price of washing machine. Mr Charles clearly helped me to run over obstacles to buy. And with the clarity of presentation and politness, he educated me to buy an one. Now I brought one. The staffs of croma were very polite particularly Mr Surya who was with me from the start to end, for buying washing machine and he helped me with finance ideas and gave knowledge about latest models evolving. It was usual purchase after our earlier excellent experience purchasing AC(cost lower than online stores), met Mr. Praveen. We've received astonished service from him. He patiently helped us choosing the best refrigerator, waking us through the different models comparing each on all aspects. I didn't believed, again I checked online stores, it was 8000 lower on that day at Croma. He helped up buying an elegant model at the price of mid level refrigerator(We paid Rs.26000 on Rs.34000). And, we also purchased a washing machine, TV later. Also, he wait for us till 11 PM to complete our purchase. After sales, he didn't failed to satisfy us. Special discount of 13% on laptops for students and teachers going on.(jan 2023). The staffs are really cooperative and suggest better options.
