Good store but stay away from salesperson named Adnan Vadnagar. He will falsely commit to home deliver within 24 hours but will not deliver till 2 days and pick up phone. Also has very less knowledge about the product. In general Croma needs to keep sufficient stock and improve their sales team.

Hi, I have purchased a product on 17th Nov and the guaranteed delivery was on 20th Nov. Today is 25th Nov, still the product is undelivered. There is absolutely no communication by the store on this delay. They have been very lazy and carefree and this is unacceptable. There should be serious repercussion on this store for extremely poor customer service support.
