Costly but strong not that much comfortable as they charge

Very rude staff and manager... Not professional service...

Very bad experience. Bought a slipper at full price which had 6 months warranty but in the 7th month it was worn out and damaged. Went to crocs but they simply said we cannot do anything after 6 months.

Crocs is considered a luxury in India. But I was lucky to get a 60% off on sale. The variety of options are good. Staffs are very polite.

Located at prime place. Very helping Store manager. Good staff.

Third class customer service. The store manager was even not ready to listen to my grievance instead was biting his nails. Will not anytime buy a crocs offline store. Total waste of money
