I purchased a pair of clogs (lite ride) from Crocs for a hefty price of 6000Rs, and I must say, it's been a highly disappointing investment. The quality of these clogs is abysmal. After just a few months of use, they have completely worn out, and the pasting has come undone. This is unacceptable for a product in this price range. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of support from Crocs. When I reached out to them for assistance, hoping they would stand by their product, they denied my request because apparently, 90 days had passed since my purchase. This rigid and unsympathetic approach to customer concerns is truly disheartening. I expected much more from a brand like Crocs, known for its comfort and durability. Instead, I received a subpar product that didn't even last a reasonable amount of time. The overall experience has been nothing short of pathetic, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. I wouldn't recommend these clogs to anyone, considering there are better options available at a fraction of the price. Crocs needs to seriously rethink their quality control and customer support if they want to maintain their reputation in the market. Don't buy crocs, instead buy from a local shop who maintains a harmonious relationship and donate the extra money as charity.

Writing it after visiting twice. The store is very small. Staff is busy in their own, they don't even bother to tell you any offer or discounts. Stock is over loaded, but you hardly find anything to choose, no place to sit or to change.
Very bad quality footwear. I bought only because of the brand image and when I used the product it was worst as compared to the price they charge. They don't provide good quality at all. Sleeper was broken within 2 months of purchase and it was of 3000 when I took that to the store they said will be replaced within 7 days. Now nobody is picking call at dlf mall of india store mails are bouncing back and they haven't contacted me . It means I have to visit the store again to know the status of my pair. Totally worthless service of such a big brand. I must say it's a brand for the sake of the name only. Nothing is reliable with them.
