Pathetic service! Ordered 12 days ago, no updates provided. Had to initiate contact myself for any information. Staff at Crocs Alpha One Mall, Ahmedabad, completely indifferent. No apologies or efforts to resolve the issue. Disappointed and undervalued as a customer. Improvement urgently needed.

Pathetic customer service. The staff is extremely rude here and do not know how to serve their customers, even the manager was not bothered with how the customers were been treated. They are only good to the customers who would make a purchase from their store or else they use an inappropriate language.

The lack of concern for customer service by the staff at Crocs Alpha One Mall is disheartening. Their indifference and apparent apathy towards resolving my issue are disconcerting. Even after this extensive wait, I have not received my product or any call or apology from them. This level of disregard for their customers is truly pathetic.

Very good quality. Really comfortable but price is too much high so lower and middle class people do not purchase crocks. May i request to company range starts from rs.1000 to rs.2000.

Great, quick and prompt service. They have a good range and all sizes are available. Only thing is they keep mentioning some membership and then when you visit the next time its not updated in their system. So dont fall for that trap. Good place for croc lovers.

They sell at prices higher than the online crocs shop. And there was a lack of collections available, only regular crocs and Literide crocs were available. When I showed them the other collections being sold at the online store, they said those crocs were discontinued years before.
