During my admitted period the services provided by the nurse's and doctors are very excellent. Entire team has profound knowledge of their field. Housekeeping facility is also good. Food provided was also good enough as per the requirement of patients. I like to request team Criticare Lifeline that their charges should be same to all the customers. It is observed that doctors visits charges and bed charges varies patient to patients. Seems doctors charges and bed charges are higher as compared to other hospitals. Overall experience was excellent and I will suggest others to take treatment from this hospital. Thank you team for best service provided by you.

I had the worst experience at this hospital when my mother was admitted due to high BP. Post consultation my mother was asked to be kept under observation for a night for monitoring BP but without informing the patient's relative they directly admitted her into ICU. When asked if we can shift her to general ward they blatantly refused that they won't shift her and when we insisted that just for observation purpose it doesn't make sense to pay ICU charges, they told to take the patient elsewhere without explaining the rationale to keep into ICU. Also, multiple doctors providing consultation to inflate charges where the total bill shot up to 13k just for a night. The doctor who treated her stopped responding post discharge when my mother's BP shot up again and again we had to consult her elsewhere. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Very bad hospital, don't go at all. Only place for waste of money and waste of time. Also all MD doctors and Resident Doctor are not explainin anything about the medication. They will just give you prescription for medicine and ask you to bring them from medical. Worst treatment for Dengue patients as 24/7 they are injecting saline. Also their CBC testing counts reports are not matching with outside lab reports. Hospital platelets counts were 9000 but when we carried out the same test in private lab then counts were 25000 and same was justified by Apollo hospital reports(26000 platelets). All the doctors and hospital nurses are dominate you in all the possible way. If you want to get good health with good treatment then request you to don't visit this hospital in any condition.

Hey there dialysis department in Criticare Lifeline hospital. Is providing very good services as well as best technicians who handles the patient. Also cleaning and neatness is also top-notch. In affordable price. Thumbs-up and i hope it remains same or more. Thankyou

Very horrible experience with this hospital ........my sis admitted only for 6 hours literally they charging me 13000 bill and medicine charges of 3500 are different .... While admitting the patient the tell me bed price are 2200 per day after 6 hours they charging me 6500 very bad experience never go again ...they only fooling people ......
