Worst hospital ever seen in life. No proper management. Employees are treated as slaves, not provide pending salary to staff if they leave the job. No leaves to Employees, only show fake face to government rules. Worst experience of employee. Service is not satisfactory.

I was here for my wife's treatment. It is a good hospital with well respected doctor's, nice and friendly nursing staff and support staff. Special thanks to Dr Jeswani. The hospital is clean, rooms are good, canteen is there with good food. Overall we were here for 8 days and dont have anything to complain.

As my bro was admitted, visited this hospital stayed there for about 10 days. Never come across an experience so pleasant to share about a hospital. The team headed by director Dr Deepak Jeswani, Dr Dilip Kshirsagar n Dr Aamol Meshram were always available with smiling faces to treat him, apprise the family about his condition, treatment n further plans about line of treatment. The junior doctors, nurses were available 24x7 attending the patient both themselves n on call. Physiotherapist n Dietician visited n were actively involved. Catering, Pathology, Pharmacy n Housekeeping services were also applaudable. Thanks to this hospital for an experience of hospitality par excellence.

1) Dr.Deepak Jeswani and Dr.Dilip Kshirsagar sir are both very experienced and talented.Treated the patient with utmost care,their root cause analysis and emergency handling is perfect. 2) Staff is also very co operative and alert every now and then,treated the patient with sympathy and care 3) Hygiene and cleanliness is good 4) The quality of Tiffin facility for patients is excellent. I was diagnosed with one of d rarest form of urine infection which also got into d blood stream. Under d able guidance of Dr. Deepak Jeswani Sir, Dr. Dilip Kshirsagar and their team of doctors, I got fully recovered. The team of doctors which treated me instilled positive energy by their smiling faces even in tough times in ICU. The hospital staff was very cooperative and punctual. I am fully satisfied with their hospitality. I am full of gratitude towards Dr. Deepak sir and his team of doctors.

When first time my brother admitted in hospital In 2020 in second wave of covid and in Criti care they were stopped to take covid + patients in the hospital we went almost a day night to meet Mr. jaswani Sir for continuously 2-3 day he saw our stressed,emotions,hopes and much more and he took admission for my brother Mr.abhijit ukey before that he was admitted in Dande hospital for 12 day which is so pathetic...let's not talk about that worst hospital... I still remember my brother admitted at night and before his admission process doctors started his work and withing 1 and half day hi diagnosed his exact situation and problem.and after 7days he got discharged from hospital and from there to till now my brother becomes a part of criticare hospital. The way of hospitals each n every member treat my brother is feel him special. Hat's off to the doctors of criti care staff and cleaning staff and billing department too...I never felt yarrr bill jyada hua ye time... I just feel happy when I saw my brother given positive response to there treatment and I always like Dr. Jaswani sir n staff hey na then everything will be all right... whenever I went for counselling they given me each n every detail about my brother situation. From last 3years I did not give a review but this time I couldn't resist myself last month I went with my brother for his follow up and we left his oxygen in car only as we think it just a follow up so it will not take time so we went up. I went to the receptionist and told her we left over oxygen cylinder in car she went to the doctor and informed deepak Sir was busy in emergency I guessed he suggested receptionist to give hospital oxygen till he came and he did not take charges for that... I always recommend each n every one and when ever the talk about my brother to the people I met I never forget to talk about Criti care hospital
