We have came for the master health check up executive package .
In which it was cover all the test and explanation by doctors were well.
Main point which I need to mention was the friendly front desk staff and crew members who was guiding and supporting to this entries process.
They have followed from the date of appointment to report handover and the house keeping staff were well maintained the hospital and the reception staff were very supportive.
Even they took extra time to meet ENT and Dental doctors by following the front desk team.
Over all i can share this as a top star rating best experience ever I had and care taken were memorable for our whole family.

The only negative experience which occurred to me was in the Reception as the receptionist was poor and rude in handling the patient.
CRI is the trustable hospital which we have been visiting past 4 years for my entire family. Mr Krishnamurthy at admin is very friendly and helpful
. Doctor Sudharshan is very approachable and the best. All the doctors and staffs here very friendly and patient centric. I highly recommend this hospital as it is trustable and affordable.

Good experience in xray and scanning department of this hospital.The technician in xray department his name is Jayaprakash , he is very friendly and kindly... But the reception is worst in handling patient. Plz do take more care in reception...
I would suggest please never plan to go this hospital as they run in the name of trust hospital to collect Rs150 as consultant, even private hospital/ clinic charging same amount outside with better consult & to highlight they make you to wait for long time even a day! Nurses over there will let few ppl allow to consult doc, irrespective of others waiting in queue.. they don't even consider ppl who being waiting for long time to consult doc an catch the bus on time..
Nice experience in xray and scanning department... The technician in xray department is very friendly and kind... But the reception is worst in handling patient..The old man in reception speaks rudely to patients ..worst behavior in reception
Very bad experience in the dental section. After doing root canal it is told that the crown can't be fixed. If they can't why they did the root canal instead of filling. After few days, pain started and I was forced to remove the teeth in another clinic. If the aim is to serve the people please appoint some experienced doctors.
