They have the food taste starting from their water that is being served. Yes, herd water which is nice to consume. Coming to food it is top notch. Try all Kerala dishes which are too good here. As this is placed in the middle of the highway you have to take the service road for reaching the place. Otherwise, you have to go through the difficulty of taking multiple U turns. If you are going right into service road parking is easy else, have to park vehicle on the busy highway Please go to enjoy great food. Price is also reasonable

No parking space. Food is delicious. Hot water is natural mineral fragrance heygenic tasty. I enjoyed Veg food. Desert is really good. Will be more better if quick service is provided. Rest of the things are good.

I tried chicken biriyani and grab lollipop,and must try they're fish varieties ,,this restaurant is this mind blowing taste and ambience so great ,I really enjoyed this food and these taste ,staff working Hatsoff and their service .must try this restaurant,I give 10 out of 10 and five thanks crescent restaurants

I had a bad experience with the food on sunday. For instance, chicken wings were served cold, I had to ask them to heat it up instead I got hot oil poured on it and served. Pathetic customer experience!! I had been to this crescent branch before which have been good on peak demands. But this time with almost empty restaurant, it's completely bad. This ruined my family out lunch. Avoid visiting here post 3pm on Sunday

This was a good place for food. I especially liked the Mexican barbeque. I suggest you to taste. Only one thing bothered me. I went with friends and asked the staff to allow us to use the inside sitting area where is it closed and A/c was good (I went in earlier) but staff said they don't allow. We understood and sat but later while I went to wash my hands I saw people having dinner there. I felt so bad.

Good place to try Kerala cuisines and also they have got separate desserts menu.

Pls don't ever go here. They simply do not care. About anything. Read further for the whole thing. I had a malabar chicken Biriyani from there today and I am extremely disappointed. To a point where I never want to go this place again. The biriyani was not even hot, it wasn't fresh, even a child would say that. The chicken was completely dry. Fresh Biriyani would never have dry chicken. It's like when you cook Biriyani at home and take it out the next day and heat it - it was exactly like that. I am from kerala so I know what a good malabaru biriyani is. And I am a person who cooks regularly so know when something is fresh and when it isn't. The worst part was - after paying the bill, I went to the person at the counter, who was also a malayali and told him that it was bad. He arrogantly told me that I was wrong. And that it was fresh. I mean, it's not like I have some free time and I decided to chat up. I went to him because as a customer I had a concern and he blatantly told me no as if I was wrong and making it up. I should have done this while eating itself, but didn't want to make a scene. I have eaten countless times at the OG crescent in Nungambakkam. I'm familiar with this restaurant, since it's inception and I've seen their growth too. But I didn't know they were people who don't care about their customers. A few months ago, I'd ordered a kadala curry from there, for some vegetarian friends of mine. And I got a chicken piece from the curry. I called up the restaurant to complain about this - literally they said "it is what it is. What do you want us to do now?". I was an idiot to go to this chain again inspite of this incident, but I still went because it was lunch time and I was hungry as hell. But now I've made up my mind. I'm never going here in my life. Ever again. They're horrible and simply do not care about the customer. I will simply ask all my friends to boycott this restaurant too. I'm not going to let anyone spend their hard earned money on people with just poor manners, especially considering they're running an establishment in the hospitality industry.

Crescent is famous for its grill chicken but this branch doesn't maintain the same taste as Nungambakkam. Don't go with the expectation as Nungambakkam. Nice ambiance and bike parking available. Service is good
