Had an amazing experience staying. The rooms are very affordable as per the service they offer. Rooms are spacious and the location is also great. You get a free access to the water park included in your room only no extra charge. The in-house restaurant is also very nice. The menu could have more options in it. Overall a great experience must visit.
High time the Services needs to be upgraded. On a prepaid booking the reception calls you and ask if you are continuing the stay and on probing they say they don't have the confirmation For cake they charged in advance and did not bothered to deliver at room after calling for five times..at last the cake was delivered at 12.10 and the payment was taken well at the time of placing the order.. breakfast was also not up to the mark..

I have traveled to a lot of countries in my last 2 years. But when I went to Crescent Water Park sehore in India, I was treated with such misbehavior that I cannot describe it.I took a combo ticket here on which I was given a meal ticket along with the ticket. But when I reached inside, I had to pay separately for the costume and when I told them about it, it was already mentioned on the ticket. When I talked to him about this, he misbehaved with me and also abused me. If there were zero stars instead of 1 star for rating here, I would be ready to give it not just one but 1000 times. In this location, this is the best I saw. I was here for my son's admission to VIT Bhopal. This place is non-intrusive, economic and sumptuous food. And a nice staff.
Waterpark service is very poor ,staff standing on entrance didnt behave properly. After booking staff dont pickup calls , apart from this everything is perfect, rooms, food taste pretty good and property is well maintained...
This resort is too good for people looking for stays as it is on the connecting four lanes of the highway and has good rooms. The best thing is the service which is really very great.
