Services are good but the nurses are not good at behavior not all the nurses but some of them are not respecting the visitors especially at the mental rehabilitation ward again I repeat not all the nurses are bad at behavior but still some of them are not good at talking to the visitors . Some of them are really really nice . and some of them are not gentle with the patient when they inject or when giving food to the patient. And the surgeon doctor is really nice to patients and he is really supportive to the middle class family. Some of the nurses are not taking the patients seriously. Some of the nurses are debating over their fault

I will not prefer to this hospital anyone based on my dirty experience this hospital especially in gynaecology dept.If you want your baby healthy go to nearby another hospital to save health for your loved one.

Pharmacy service is very poor. After billing I waited there for half an hour to get medicine.. other services are ok.

I went there to get my covid test done. The behavior fro staffs both at the reception and collection center was kind of rude. There were only two people to get the test, amd they made us wait for 40 minutes to enter our details and issue the bill. It was surprising to see that billing of such big hospital is not computarised and still written on paper. After paid the bill, again waited 20 minutes to collect sample, and when asked when will we get the result, the response was "at nyngngk prryaa prrrrill. kurrccu wait ceyyuu." And this was for mere antigen test. I got tested 4 times for covid for various reason including from govt. Staffs, but this one was worst experience.

I have a very bad opinion because there is no sense of responsibility if there are doctors but nurses there. All they need is money, they will buy some medicines and then take some tests at some labs, so they have to have cash, that's all they have, they have to look after the patients there, and they don't have any idea of changing their disease, so please be careful.

Facilities are provided good, but people in pharmacy are making it lag, there is six counter in pharmacy and only one is open for the people's and this makes a big problem for the people who are indeed for the medicines, management should take an immediate actions on this, because this is the first time visit in the hospital, i don't why there is so much lag in pharmacy section compared to other hospital. Kindly please look into this and also expecting a smooth operation in pharmacy for the next time
