I recently had an experience at Credence Hospital, and I'm genuinely impressed. The staff were incredibly attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable especially Dr Bindhu. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. The doctors were thorough in their explanations, ensuring I understood my treatment plan. The nursing staff was exceptional, always available and supportive throughout my stay. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a calming atmosphere that truly aided in the healing process. I'm grateful for the outstanding care I received at Credence Hospital and highly recommend it to anyone seeking top-notch medical care and support.

My wife gave birth a baby at this hospital. Dr Bindu was the doctor. She is a good doctor and also very supportive. Facilities of the hospital is just okey. The problem is that I think there may be a security officer is working, a fool and mad security officer. Every person who went there should made a tug of war with security persons of the hospital. Since 2022 May I have been faced so many issues from this hospital security persons while I went there for consultation or treatment for my baby or wife. This complaint is not only mine but also my colleagues friends also told so. I had been queued for two days for see my baby after her birth. This issue was faced by my old aged mother, she was waited for three hours for see my daughter. They always following some strict nonsense rules like Taliban. They don't know how to behave to patients or bystanders. I don't know why they troubling their customers and patients after receiving huge money ( as compared to nearby multi speciality hospitals including Kims) from patients. We people are okey to pay that much cash, but the hospital authorities can give a respect and better treat for patients and bystanders. I have registered these issues on their complaint book on 24.05.2022. Nothing happened. I am experienced Very bad service from some staffs of front office also. Doctors, staff nurses and Para medical staffs are good and well behaved.

Dr.Fayaz and the team at Credence Hospital provided excellent care for my mother. Their expertise and compassion were remarkable, and the facility's cleanliness added to our comfort. For the past 6 years Credence has been a part of our life. From my first delivery, to my daughter's paediatric needs we always rely upon Credence. The facilities, the doctors, the nurses, even the administrative staff are so welcoming. So, when I got pregnant with my second baby there wasn't another option. The doctors there are so supportive and give us valuable information. The transparency and the care the doctors gave us connects me the most. Last week I had my antenatal class which was very informative. The dieticians, physiotherapists, nurses share so much needed information that would literally help us all through the journey. The support and expertise provided by the doctors have been truly delightful.The care provided by the nurses is exceptional, and the cleaning staff ensures a clean and hygienic environment. I recently had my wife's delivery at Credence Hospital, and overall, we were extremely satisfied with the quality of care provided. The staff members were all very polite, attentive, and displayed a calm demeanor, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. They prioritized the well-being of both the baby and the mother, ensuring the best possible care throughout the process. However, the only drawback we experienced was that the expenses turned out to be more than 25% higher than our initial expectations. While we understand that medical costs can vary, it would have been helpful to have a clearer estimate or more transparency regarding the potential expenses. Despite this, we felt that the care provided was excellent and the staff truly went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for us.

Credence hospital is our trusted and the 'go to' place when it comes to our son's health and well being. Dr. Vinu A. Thomas is a very friendly and able doctor. They way he befriends and makes us comfortable is really amazing. Our son loves the end of each visit as there's always a lollipop that the doc gifts.
