Credence care hospital are pathetic hospital. No service at all. No one is bothered about patience and not even taking proper care. Yesterday my husband got admitted to the hospital after 2 hours they have shifted to deluxe room and in the room there no fan or ac working its been more than 12hrs but there is no response. Nurse also not taking proper care of the patience.Even they ask buy water bottle from out side no water glass also provide in the room. Patient has a high fever still the room conditions are like this. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone. Do not take your family members and relatives to this hospital.

My mother-in-law was admitted at credence two years ago for a fracture in right leg. Me and my family were away in Karnataka when this happening but doctors and staff have taken her utmost care and gave her the best treatment required. We found all the staff very hard-working, co operative and helpful. The hospital is very clean and hygienic My mother-in-law was discharged with full recovery and was very happy. I would personally recommend the hospital . They have all types of facilities and treatments. A very big thank you to credence. Keep up the good work.

Neat and clean hospital. Helpful staff. Professional attitude of doctors. Sisters take care of patient round the clock. Cleaning staff are very helpful and serve with SMILE. Hospital food is healthy, tasty and very reasonable in price. Medicine, pathology test, xray etc all are very near by and staffs have good attitude. Hospital doesn't inflate bill unnecessarily. Overall very happy with the service ---------- One important point for management is their TPA desk, which definitely needs improvement

This Hospital is good for diagnosis and treatment but people here don't value your time at all. Most of the time you'll get an appointment of let's say 6PM but doctors will start coming 6:45 onwards only. On the other hand if you get delayed to reach the hospital they'll call you multiple times saying doctor's time is more important than yours. I'd say overall it's a good hospital if time is not a constraint. I've had good experience with treatment. My mom has undergone treatment here multiple times and has recovered quickly. But every time we booked an appointment the doctors never came on time.

Good Doctors and infrastructure The receptionist is very courteous and helpful. Billing team is good and do have the patience for explaining the cost factors. Nursing staff is great and efficient. Among the most impressive factor is the respect carried within the staff. CCT is caring team.

Like - Doctors are visiting and checking patients on regular interval as per their time slot. Place is good,facility also good. Rooms are also good and comfortable, It's get clean on time, Rooms which are on road side view that are pretty good, It feels refreshing after seeing outside view. It was a comfortable stay,The staff was very concerned and helpful. Overall a it was good experience. Dislike - Meal quantity is good but quality wise not that much I liked personally.Needs to improve food quality taste wise

I was admitted at Credence last month and I was very satisfied with the treatment here, the nursing staff was very caring, well mannered reception. Would recommend to all.

This hospital is worst, If you have interest in your life. Please do not prefer this hospital. Lazy staff. Least bothered staff. Immature staff. Doesn't know how to put an injection.
