Excelent private tour organizer. Fees are clear. Except tip but it is normal for India. I booked for 3 days, Delhi, Jaipur, Agra. Private driver,one guide for each location. And it is possible to choose your hotel class. Only one point, selection of restaurants not in line with the luxury package.

A fantastic experience with this company for my party of 5 to tour the Golden Triangle. Could not have wished for better-- an excellent driver who did his best to respond to any request whether it was finding the closest ATM, toilet, or iced coffee place. The guides were superb... very knowledgeable and really catered to our interests. They shared the history in a way that brought the past alive, particularly our Agra and Jaipur guides. They really helped make this an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

We had booked the Golden Triangle tour through Mr Manish Jain, owner of Creative India Holidays. He is a very down to earth and extremely nice person who took care of our tour very well. The only downside of the tour was because of the driver we got for this trip- Mr. Khemchand Sharma. He is so lazy that he would park the car and ask us to take rickshaws to cover places that are around, he was very unsupportive and took no initiative to do things (even though everything was mentioned in the itenerary). At one instance he didn't even stop to pick water bottles even after insisting. The selection of hotels were good except that in Jaipur- it was way below average, they had arranged guide in every location - they were good and informative especially Mr. Saddam Hussain in Fatehpur Sikri and Mr. Damodar in Jaipur. Have to specifically say Mr. Damodar was too good, so caring and gave us options to do things in Jaipur. Mr. Abdul was our guide in Agra who also did a good job. However, our guide in Delhi, Mr. Tarun was not at all professional. We were asked to pay for all his entry fees too (no other guides asked us to pay or required any entry fee). He also tried to skip (along with the driver) two main sightseeing places that were a part of our itinerary. Even after paying for his entry, he just entered the place and gave us an introduction and then asked us to see around, whereas all other guides were with the tourists at all times, explaining everything. Overall, we are happy with the package but it would have been great if we had a professional driver and a professional tour guide in Delhi. The other three guides that we got, Mr. Abdul, Mr. Saddam and Mr. Damodar took care of us extremely well and we are really happy with their service.

Day trip to Taj Mahal from Delhi. Great experience with creative india holidays. Easy to book and pay. Driver picked us up on time from Delhi. Reach Taj Mahal just before sunrise. Our guide was very insightful and had great knowledge about the monument. The package helped us skip a queue to enter the main area. Guide spent good time with us and answered all questions we had. The itinerary was executed as planned and shared. You can book them without hesitation

Creative India Holidays is a reliable and honest team for pleasant trips. Got a good quote from Mr Manish. Car Driver Mr. Sanjay was courteous, punctual and honest person. Delhi guide Mr Suraj was a good guy and explained history of Delhi attractions. Agra guide Mr. Ajmal was brilliant, advised good time to visit Taj Mahal, courteous and honest to tell about local vendors, he is a creative photographer, he too lot of pictures to our family. His explanation about Agra attractions is very good. Both Driver and Ajmal was punctual to pick us during sunrise morning to make Taj Mahal visit a memorable one. I would advise this team.

Very seldom we get your companies who are genuine, good hospitality and amazing. But this one was the best that we have seen so far. The owner Manish was very friendly and accommodating. The diver also named Manish as well was calm, composed and a very good driver. He was exceptional. The car was clean and amazing. Had a comfortable experience and a beautiful one. He took care of us a lot. The trip to Jaipur was beautiful , the tour informative and an amazing one. The icing on top of the cake was the Agra trip to the beautiful Taj Mahal guided by the spectacular and informative Ajmal who was there to guide us through the chaotic process making our journey truly a remarkable one. Once again thank you everyone for all your hospitality, support and love. When we come to india, we know where to go to and whom to deal with. Also a shout out to two amazing places and must visit ones the art emperio by shams and marble art palace . Much visit places truly recommended and welcoming atmosphere. I booked a visit to India right before COVID and obviously I had to cancel it. I'm still waiting for the money back that I paid in advance (half of the price, more than 1'000 EUR). Contacted many times on Whatsapp, messages read but no reply. Contacted via email, no replies. Very bad experience and I'm sad because they seemed to be nice persons...
