It's a very good open space gym where both men and women can do the work out . Instructors are very intelligent and make sure u get whatever you want while doing a workout. People are good and friendly in nature I have myself joined this gym and workout here . You will get clear air as this gym is at Pune University and it's surrounded by a lot of trees.

Old school gym with good trainers and everything needed to work on all aspects of your physique.

Good environment, Good Trainers, good equipment but would suggest to get advance equipment in future and expanding Gym area especially the Free weights room as it gets congested and not all can train within that room.
