I had a worst experience From Creative Apple store kayamkulam , They don't give any attention or any coustomer value. This is my first and last visit. They don't know how to treat coustomers properly. They keep waiting the coustomers for long by saying unacceptable reasons.

Not an authorized reseller as per Apple, before purchase check with Apple first. If the device you get have any problem, then you are on your own. I bought a laptop on March 8 2023, and on March 10 i noticed is having complaint. I contacted the store and this reseller, what ever this reseller told me was lie. I have contacted Apple and get to know this is not an authorized reseller/seller. But the store ia arguing they are authorized. I got scammed!
