Limited collection, limited staff on Sundays. Priority is given to their old customers, if in case their old customers call on phone then also staff answers phone calls first and keep the customer in store waiting. Dropped a purchase since they don't want any new customers.

This place is good for the bridal shopping as they have a wide range of jewelry. Quality is good. Pricing is by value, not much scope for bargaining. Even stones are given return value of 80% which is unique as far as I know.

Wonderful Workmanship. Owner and staff are customer friendly. Rukmini gives very nice suggestions about customization of ornament. Owner is genuine and rates are competitive in market. Not gave 5 star because of billing delays and keeping up on timelines without follow up.
