Sitaphal Ice Cream was very poor but Death By Chocolate and Sizzling Brownie were excellent. The ambience was nice but they can do much better by placing a glass door in between the counter and seating area. Else, it is full of noise and smoke

Me and my family absolutely loved this place. We have tried most of flavours and like almost all of it, whatever we have not tried yet, we will . This place has good seating but parking is limited. The staff is also very nice in this establishment, must visit place for ice cream

Nice ice cream parlour. Ambience inside is very nice and colorful. Cozy environment perfect for a cafe date. Nice creams. Tried there cheese cake with icecreams but didn't like it much. Stick to ice creams.

Visited on 18th June Sunday probably 6pm with infant and wife, service is horrible here asked us leave the place by floor incharge saying they have to swipe and need to clean as it will be rush hour and they cannot clean later. Asked him why are you insisting to leave as still we did not pay he literally said we cannot wait for you and you have already eaten you can make the billing at the counter. You are not feeding for free I don't get how can an incharge talk with this kind of attitude.

If you order online they are not sending freshly made item..They are just preparing each item in the menu in bluk and storing in the freezer.Order Fruit overload and received a icecream as hard as a rock and 100% not consumable.. what's the point in having a live counter? Should the people who order microwave the icecream and eat? Last time ordering from this outlet :) Very clearly visible from the pictures, online orders are pre-made, name labelled and are thrown in the freezer. For what? Saving time by providing worst quality products to customers?

Good place for ice cream. Lots of varieties and options. I liked villivanka flavour. Separate flavours for kids also available. Cool cakes also available.They have seating arrangements inside. Good ambience.Very good staff..This outlet is on main road, car parking will be difficult. They accept cash, card and UPI payments.

Perfect place to eat death by chocolate. Try nutty death by chocolate when you visit here. Try Nutella jar too. One item costs around 180-220. For two persons cost will be around five hundred rupees.
