Very tasty biriyani and fried rice. One should try foods from this shop once they are in Palani. A bit expensive but worth the money. But the service is not that good. Had to wait for a very long time to get the attention of the waiter and to get the food. They have fast foods like pizzas and burgers apart from the mail course dishes and have pastries and drinks also.
Good taste.. specially veg burger and chocolate milk shake was lovely .. service was poor and unexpectedly slow. There were no AC that you can feel the humidity outside with kitchen hotness at Dine in ..its worth waiting and suffering heat once your taste buds get foodgazeme with delicious food and beverage of Creams cafe .. 5 star for the food

I have ordered chicken pizza at creams cafe. The pizza was so good and so tasty. Price is also fair enough. Best spot in palani for couples and friends to hang up. French fries, shawarma, chicken roll, chats are also quite famous here.

No price negotiation is there. It would be better if they give coupons which will keep the customer committed to them
Even you visit 3 times in a month you are not a regular customer which can eventually lead to trying out new other shops
If they use coupon mechanism then can give some discount and complimentary to regular customers which will make them committed to the shop. Hope they take this input .
Worst experience, ordered a surprise birthday cake with creams cafe Palani. They edited the name on the cancelled order's cake and packed it and delivered to us, which was clearly visible and looks bad.
If you want to try different varieties like pizza, burger kind of food,you can prefer this shop.
Also birthday cakes was well prepared. Ambiance was good.
But nowadays, service was not up to mark.
