Cream Stone Kakinada - Restaurant in Kakinada - East Godavari, India

Got Chill vibes when we enter the store many changes have been there with in 6 months added much more flavours but only regret not giving dry ice for parcel service

Would have given a negative rating. The toppings the add are not worth the price. Other stores of cream stone are far better. Kakinada branch is the worst I have ever visited. Ordered nuts overloaded double scoop and tiramisu both were a pathetic experience for me . Tiramisu being a coffee flavoured one has no such taste. Nuts overloaded as u can see in the photo below had very few toppings and double scoop I think they must learn numbers first. Single scoop and double scoop had almost the same quantity. Staff were making fun of each other while working on the ice cream they are well aware that nobody of them knows how a stone ice cream is to be made.

Food is good as usually. But the place is small and it over crowded. They didn't switch on the AC and its suffocating to sit inside. Lot of dust inside as it's located on main road. No one to clean. We need to pressurize staff to come n clean the stable after someone leaves the table. Very unhappy with this location of creamstone. Hope they understand and increase the staff and make AC working and keep the place neat n clean.

Taste is good, service is little bit slow. Decent experience and quality is good. We asked for fossil fuel parcel, but they didn't add wafer in it even though they charged The person in billing can talk to customers smoothly instead of showing attitude and hesitation because we are paying and will ask questions about the option they are serving. Overall decent experience

The quantity of death by chocolate has reduced drastically. I hope its only with kakinada creamstone and not in all other cities.

The worst cream stone branch ever. Many other branches provide great quantity. I've informed that they are offering very less quantity but still again and again they are doing the same. I regret going here

The food is nice it is better than normal flavoured ice creams but only thing is sometimes there is less stock of ice-cream so I prefer you to go to this place before 11 o clock it's having a nice atmosphere

Happy that the well known cream stone is @ Kakinada. But the quality doesn't seem to be up to the mark. Ambience is good, but poor maintenance. The menu stinks with all the dropped ice creams. The ice cream is not very frozen. It seemed to start melting by the time I have received it. Maybe the ice cream mixer plate is not cold enough. Not satisfied..! :(
