Crave Fit - Health food restaurant in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

I ordered Grilled Chicken egg cob salad with this restaurant. The quantity was good, yet a bit on the expensive side. The dressing can contain lesser/no oil. I'd appreciate a macro calories count against each dish especially when the restaurant claims to be a fitness oriented restaurant. Many working professionals like myself would like to save time on preparation and cooking each healthy meal of the day and rather order a take out with such restaurants, in those scenarios an array of calorie count and detailed information on the ingredients of the dish really can be a game changer for us. Also, they must opt for biodegradable packaging. It's the need of the hour!

My friend sent me an order from then via zomato. Chicken Cobb salad and sandwich Sandwich was raw bread with tomato and stale cucumber dunked in ketchup And salad had matchstick These guys r health hazard Please don't order from them I have a foto also that I cannot upload. But MATCHSTICK IN A SALAD with no sauce means they r REALLY UNHYT

Used their Tiffin Services for 4 months for my weight loss journey. Was able to lose 22 kgs in those 4 months and learned a lot about healthy eating through their meal prepping techniques. Am very thankful for their help in my journey and will definitely recommend everyone to at least try this one time. PS - After losing my wait I was able to cancel my tiffin subscription easily. No fuss and very professional behaviour.

Hi all the health conscious people reading my review. * Today I tried a place that actually gives you healthy meals and the place is called Cravefit. * They serve some really cool meals that are made healthy and nutritious for customers. * The dish I tried is Chicken Salad which contains all the veggies required to boost up your body like carrot, lettuce, golden corn, baby corn and etc. * There's something about the crunch and the full flavor that permeates every bite. * As their tag line says "Switch To Fit" their food will really force you to do so. * The taste was really good and tangy because of the perfect use of lemon juice, accompanied by some salt and pepper.

I have ordered food from swiggy One of my friend in my college recommended me to eat from here I have ordered veg salad protein overdose I was so amazing healthy and good It had almost every healthy vegetable in it nicely made fresh Quality of everything was very superior i look forward to again order something from here 10/10

CraveFit is serving amazing healthy food . Recently I tried their Grilled Chicken Salad which was really good. It had grill chicken pieces with lots of fresh veggies like lettuce, bell pepper and sweet corn . I totally recommends this . Every person who wants healthy/gym diet must try it out
