My mother was admitted because she had dengue. We were happy with the treatment and the way all the staffs took care of her. The nurses and the management are very friendly and they explain you very well how to go about the process and procedures. A very decent hospital.

Admitted in Cratis hospital diagnosed with Dengue for 2 days, treatment was fully transparent and felt safe while in hospital. Doctors were very good especially Dr.Siddiq and Dr.Sumalatha, they helped me to recover soon. Special highlights on the Nursing staffs, they were awesome patience and gentle - taking care each moment throughout the treatment. Admin team was helpful with explanation complete process and also helped me with Insurance claim documentations which is appreciated. Cost is nominal comparing to other hospitals.
