The current review is for the latest experience I had. I had my son delivered in 2012. It must be 5 stars during that time. I had my daughter delivered last week. It's 3 stars this time for just one big flaw. The service at Birth certificate desk. There are THREE different perspectives based on which the ratings were given about this hospital. 1. Service: They were genuine in 2012. So, it's 5 star. But in 2023, it's a cash-centred service. So it's 3 star. However, I loved the Nurses who were at the best of service with their politeness and clarity. The room cleaning staffs were prompt and did their best. They didn't waste time talking and were very efficient. 2. Doctors: They were the best in 2012 with genuine care and concern. Even now they are the same and heeded to our requests. So it's 5 star. The most important one, my dear readers, that spoiled the Best review of the Hospital. 3. Hidden Fee: I applied for Birth Certificate and they asked Rs150 in cash for this Certificate. They say, Rs50 is the Hospital service fee and Rs100 is processing fee for the Government. They issued me a receipt, where it is Rs25. It's five fold money they took from me. Please check your receipts immediately after you pay money by cash or card. If I had spent approx. Rs96000 for 7 to 8 days at hospital (Caesarean+NICU+Room+Tests), Rs125 in excess might not be a big money for most, but to me it's my toiled hard earned money. To the hospital that addresses atleast 100 patients a day, it generates a massive fund per month. I actually don't know who takes this cash that mismatches the receipt. Finally l, keeping the best for the last. CANTEEN: The best ever decision that the Hospital did was assigning the right people for the Canteen. The best of best service, taste and employees. They are like Japanese robots. Super fast in taking orders and providing service. Cheap and best food. Nobody is selfish. They trust all the customers about the payment. Whenever I feel a bit down, I sit at this canteen to see their energy and vibe. They don't ask or wait to take your tips. They keep running to take next order. I loved them so much. God bless their service. FIVE STAR SERVICE.

Doctors are good, The cost of treatment is huge. You will have to pay a lot of money.

Visited this hospital to treat my children for fever and had a terrible experience. This hospital is not to treat patients but it's simply a money making business. No good practices are followed. No hygiene is maintained. The same thermometer which is used for a patient with high fever and symptoms of chicken pox is used for another patient without even cleaning the thermometer and when you request the nurse to clean the thermometer she makes you wait on purpose. Majority of female staffs are working with their kids besides them during their working hours..let it be cash counter or procedure room. No staff is wearing an ID card. It is nothing but a fish market. Weekday evening hours only one paediatrician is there to treat several patients who are desperately waiting for their turn. If the number of patients are more another Dr should be there on duty as well. This hospital doesn't deserve a single star! One star because I could not post the review without a star.

One of the best infertility hospital in India

The most suitable infertility center for us is CRAFT Hospital and Research Center. My husband and I got married in 2010 and have been trying to conceive naturally since then. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful and our doctor presented us with various options, but due to our Muslim faith, we were not interested in pursuing them. This news left us disheartened. After 5 years, we found CRAFT Hospital, which seemed to be the hospital we had been desperately searching for. We consulted with Dr. Asharf in the Maldives, who explained the necessary steps to us. We then visited CRAFT Hospital and started the recommended medication. By the grace of Allah, we were blessed with a baby boy in 2019. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Asharaf, Dr. Swathi, Dr. Dharamraj, and the entire CRAFT team. Throughout our journey, they explained every step of the process to us and provided exceptional care and support that exceeded our expectations. We were deeply impressed by the state-of-the-art facilities at CRAFT Hospital and the expertise of the medical staff. The doctors and nurses were always available to address our questions. The emotional rollercoaster of infertility can be overwhelming, but the compassionate and empathetic CRAFT team guided us through it with utmost care. We will always be grateful to them for making our dream of parenthood a reality. I am currently 4 months pregnant with our second baby. Thankfully, the second procedure has been easier for us because of our prior experiences with CRAFT. This time we consulted to Dr. Reema, who has been a wonderful doctor throughout this process. Dr. Reema's compassion and guidance have touched our hearts. Dr. Reema, we will always remember your kindness and the friendly consultations we have had. We wholeheartedly recommend CRAFT Hospital to anyone facing the challenges of infertility. We are also thankful to the manager Anoop, PRO Sharon, and the floor sisters for their support and kindness. The care and support we received from the entire team at CRAFT Hospital have been invaluable to us.
