On 1/10/2023 bought a mogappu for chain due to Sunday goldsmith was not there shop owner told us it is one hour of time to join mogappu in chain so u can come on monday we went on 2/10/2023 at 12'o clock to the shop,staff person of the shop asked us to wait or come after 4'o clock though we are from chennai asked them to give before 4pm at same wait of my chain and mogappu but goldsmith added 700mg to the chain and asked us to pay extra amount and we said do we ask for extra weight we asked for the same weight,again chain went to goldsmith and reduced to exact weight and came after reducing the weight but the work of the joint of mogappu is not in proper way and asked them again why cannot u do it in right way there staff are irresponsible speech made me unhappy and not all satisfied of the goldsmith work not even polished in joint area 5 star rating is to show my review at top of comments and for owner of the shop such a respectful person but some of the staffs are irresponsible and making bad names to the shop and i ask the owner of the shop to see to such staffs and ask to do the work in correct way avoiding bad names to the shop
