Terrible service! My parents went on a UK - EU trip with them. They skipped a day's wort of Itinerary, canceled things last minute, and their driver in Europe was highly unprofessional and rude. The food they provided was unhygienic and tasteless. Just absolutely horrible service. All these issues were reported to them right away and it's been two months since I've been following up with them but they haven't done anything about it. Do not spend your money with them!
Worst experience after sales, they are not replying any call any mail sent, our pre paid hot air balloon ride got cancelled in Turkey and as promised they were supposed to refund our money in a week time, it's more than a month now they are not picking up calls not ,replying to our mails. It's not a small amount. It's 44000/-Rs
Worst company to deal with. Called Cox and Kings so many times regarding a travel itinerary in Ghatkopar branch and manager name was Tanvi. They never came back to me saying that they would call me back tomorrow...it was 2016 then and in 2019 i am still waiting for their call. Horrendous company to work with! NEVER RECOMMEND TO WORK WITH COX n KINGS!!! Best of luck with your current situations...hahaha loving it!
