Visited here by seeing google reviews for a evening snack. Now they have a new name board design. We ordered Chilly Gobi, Masala Poori, Rose Milk & Tea. Rose milk & tea was really good. Masala poori was okay in taste whereas Chilly Gobi was poor. They give ample quantity for a economical price. Rate & quantity was good. Ambience was also very nice. Got seat too. Definitely a must recommended cafe & must visit place in Coimbatore. Do try once, you won't get disappointed.
The taste is a little bit salty most of the time. Fries and maaal puri are a must try. Good place for snacks

Although they offer various baked / fried items, I go there only for tea which one of the best. 16/07/21 Update: Covai cafe is back in business after the COVID lockdown. It was thrilling to sit there and sip the chai. Many of the non coimbatarians might not understand the fuss behind having a chai @ bakery. I simply love it and am sure many of the other Coimbatorians. My biggest backers would be all those who studied in Coimbatore. Best example of this culture is Mani Bakery which used to be there in Hopes college So this post is meant to cover all the Bakeries in Coimbatore. So guys go out and enjoy it.

Had Lemon tea and Onion samosa at early morning 6am with scenic atmosphere out there. It was drizzling also. Totally enjoyed them. Has free space inside the shop and big parking area. Morning 6 am, fresh and hot samosa is heaven.
