Hello Sharing a very personal opinion about Courtyard holidays Private Limited. We were invited to a hotel and bought this membership. Initially it was really difficult to coordinate with the team and were very stressed about it. Later things got sorted the team did a real great job. The reservation team needs a very special mention though. Attaching a few images of our recent stay at Windflower Bandipur. Overall the experience remains appreciated and we are thankful to the team. I will not mention anybody in person as everybody put a lot of effort to make this happen. Hoping to travel and explore a lot In the near future

I am thankful to Courtyard holidays especially, Akanksha Saxena and Yadav ji, for coordinating and arranging a wonderful stay for me and my family at one of the hotels in Delhi NCR. The food, ambience, room, etc., was great!

Warm and prompt service. Accommodation and related services were booked appropriately. Several choices were provided as well.

Genuine Review (No money or membership taken from anybody just sharing the experience) My husband got a call from courtyard holidays world pvt Ltd that he has won some vouchers and to claim the same he has to visit a 5 star hotel with his spouse (strictly mandatory) and there is a complimentary dinner. He was told no other charges will be taken nor any membership will be sold. It's just a goodwill gesture which they are giving in order to promote their company. Anyways since the place was nearby to our house we went there after reading the online reviews about the company ( which are all recent reviews and all positive....) After reaching there we were attended by a sales executive filled some survey regarding our travel nature. After this they started to pitch there membership telling about all the 4 and 5 star properties in india and abroad. All kind of benefits and discounts were told. Hearing them we were lured by their offer but some points were not clear....like we don't have the freedom to select a particular hotel on our selected days means we can only request them to book in a particular hotel and then they will see whether that hotel is available on the selected days....if not they will recommend other hotel. In most of the reviews also the people told that they will not give you your desired hotel ( saying non availability on particular days Although the hotel will be available on other travel agent sites). Mind you first or second bookings will be taken a good care of as to build the confidence of the customer....think about the future.... Second the exit policy is somewhat confusing they say after your first vacation if you don't like the membership you can withdraw the same by mailing them within 7 working days. But they never tell how and when our money will be refunded no time limit for the refund. Thirdly they will pressurize you to take the decision on the very same day they don't give you time to think where you are investing your hard earned money. They are just selling you your dreams which they also don't confirm will come true.......

My stay was absolutely amazing with plenty of happiness into it. Really enjoyed the stay as well as the service provided by the company. It's an emerging company with affordable Holiday packages. I've enrolled Myself and have purchased a 5 year holiday package. My recent stay was in Chandigarh and I've been provided with the property Holiday Inn in panchkula. Overall it was a great stay big thumbs up!

I was arranging a tour to Goa but was not able to get the package in my budget. Scrolling to the courtyard Holidays gave me an excellent package for me and my family. From air ticket to taxi to stay and the north-south Goa tour was smooth and butler. The team was so responsive on one call that we were in the drizzle of nothing to worry about. Hats off to team members for solving our problems and, delivering the best facility. I would re-accommodate to all who are reading this just try once their services and you won't be disappointed. Such a neat and clean hotel at a reasonable price with all luxury amenities. Our trip was just prolific and relaxing. Would defiantly plan for my next trip," keep up the good work guys.

I took the holiday package from courtyard holidays world private limited in March 2021. Ever since then I am repenting my decision of wasting my money on this service. Going through their customer support and enquiry portal is an extremely unpleasant experience. If anyone is interested in going through the details/authenticity of my feedback, please let me know and I could forward the email communications I have had in past one year. I am surprised how they managed decent ratings on several search engines, but their service is quite opposite of what reflects online. Planning a vacation has to be enjoyable but their process of just getting options of hotels for vacation and general queries are so outdated that one loses the interest to book any vacation through them. Options of hotels are also below average. I rarely spend time on writing such big reviews but I thought it's important for people to know about these certain experiences also before they invest their hard earned money in such services.

Courtyard Sales team really helped me out even on short notice of booking and non availability of hotels. Really appreciate the efforts they have put to make customer experience better as it was first time experience with them, and i am really really satisfied. Let's hope that the future experiences are also similar to the first one . FYI : Please don't compare the current service experience and what the sales person has committed to you the first time, you won't find those things here. Lots of differences in commitment. But overall, it was a good first experience.
