Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were decently sized. Not very well maintained or property may be old. Washroom was also decent but arrangements for ventilation and deodorants could have been done better. Food was not that great but average. Breakfast the sambar was too sour. But overall it was a good stay.
Very nice Luxury Hotel Good Location at National Highway 53, so easy reachable. Food & Drinks are good , familiar atmosphere, services are very good. Behaviour of staff is also satisfactory. Overall it's a very good place to stay with family.

@courtyardraipur is the place where the Food and beverage manager keeps reminding that they gave a free complimentary breakfast. so what I did is rejected their free breakfast. Checked out of the hotel As they said they will charge extra for a packed breakfast. There managers doesn't even have the simple understanding that we selected this property for the second time as last time we did stayed here with two families. Even last time there was issue as housekeeping guy entered our room and was looking for laundry bag without our permission. But then the gm barged it to look into it. But this time it was a different attitude itself. For every place when a general manager is connected they make sure to personally visit or call but here Mr Tiwari has been the busiest person not even to check back if our stay is comfortable. Or maybe he only talks to @bcci.update logistic mangers not with other guests. But Mr. Tiwari let me tell you I am not taking favors but when i check in you are getting business. So be it this will be the last time I will even think about your property. Very important I have paid for every service plus i didn't take your free breakfast. Plus your food and beverage manager Thakur needs to learn how to say service No. Plus the general manager Anukum tiwari replies with a canned response when conveyed my concern via WhatsApp. He did not even call back to pacify the situation. I think leaders make a great team and sets a great legecy. If the leader has attitude issues then the same can be seen with the rest.
A few days before I have visited the Hotel It was very pleasant and the staff are also very good in receiving and attending the customers .The overall experience was very pleasant and great full.
Nice place, and it's just 10 minutes away from the Raipur Airport. Their restaurant is out in the atrium called momo cafe give the feel of an open air restaurant. Meeting rooms are available and are large enough for 30 people at least.
Over all good experience lovely hospitality from all the staff Special thanks to the lovely staff from reception, Restaurants, Bar and Housekeeping staff looked after us very good Just wish they had more option for Breakfast and somebody to look after the pool as the pool was bit dirty underneath the surface Overall good stay
