Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar - Featured Reviews (688)
Very nice hotel with a great view from every room. The service is impeccable. The food in the main restaurant is super delicious and the staff is very courteous and friendly. Loved the place. Those who don't want to walk too much to the restaurant should stay in the main building. Golf carts are easily available though.
Thoroughly enjoying our stay at Courtyard By Mahableshwar. Every staff, right from the reservation, security, front-desk, restaurant, housekeeping to management is always so motivated and going extra mile in delivering great services. The Villa is splendid, food is excellent, weather is making it more memorable, the chefs are ensuring that food is served of our choice and taste because we want to enjoy all different varieties. Felt very revitalized at spa. The hotel ambience is lovely & very serene. We look forward to coming back again and again.
Beautiful property with an even better view. Was here for a banquet event. So will not be able to review the rooms. The event space is good and the outdoor event space is magical with that background view. The service can be tightened up a bit for banquets. Many quest had to call out for the stewards, bit more attentive staff would be perfect.
This is not a stay review but an important experience I want to share. I was trying to get through to reservations team for the last 4 days. We were trying to book rooms for my Wife's birthday. Each time reception transferred the call to reservation team and nobody picked up. Reception took my number and assured me a call back. This happened thrice and I never got a response. As I write this review, I did try and call them again today 3rd Nov'23. This time they transferred the call to reservation and abruptly cut the line. I have never seen such lack luster response from a 5 star desk. Hotel's reservation team is napping and not being diligent with their service. Today, you have lost a potential patron and I will relay this experience in my circles. You broke the cardinal rule of taking customers for granted.
The best location in mahabaleshwar to enjoy views of greenary around and experience the best ever Jungle experience. I stayed at this property for almost 6 months to develop their garden. The views are really breathtaking and sunsets are magical!! The backdrop of lingmala hill and proximity of venna river and mighty Lingmala falls makes it as an icing on the cake. The roar of gushing water transcending through rocks at the fall is mesmerising and worth experiencing. This is the only ppace where all 3 seasons of Mahabaleshwar can be experienced at its prime and trust me, its worth of a experience.
We had a wonderful stay at the Panchgani Marriott in the rains. The view from the hotel is spectacular and one can hear the roaring Lingmala falls. The room that we had was tastefully done up albeit a little small. But the balcony with its view is heavenly. The food and beverage selection is good but breakfast could use a little more work. The staff is amazing.... courteous and prompt. Our server Siddhant was smart and efficient. He made our time there even more relaxed. The chefs come and converse with you which makes the experience very interactive and nice. It is a must visit with family. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks to all the staff.
We were very disappointed with the Marriott Mahabaleshwar experience. On reaching the hotel at check-in time of 3 pm, we found that rooms were not ready and had to wait till 5 pm for check-in. The rooms were small for the price. Recreation centre facilities were only limited to chess, ludo, foosball without ball and table tennis with old bats. The hotel staff could not effectively manage the checkout too. Everyone's luggage was kept in the passage while hotel staff were confused about the luggage owners. We ended up carrying our luggage up the stairs to the lobby and then to the car. The only plus point was the view from room and swimming pool. Really did not expect this from the Marriott chain. We had much better experience at other resorts of Mahabaleshwar. Marriott really needs to upgrade their recreation facilities and staff / management at Mahabaleshwar.
I have been to this hotel. It is one of the best places I have visited till date. The best thing about this property is it's location. The view is very beautiful. The mountain, the waterfall, the passing clouds and the drizzle. There was widespread buffet for breakfast and dinner and the food was delicious. Thanks to Mr. Akhil Gharat and sous chef Mr. Sudhir. The staff was very courteous and made sure that our stay became comfortable. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would like to visit this place again.

This 4500 years old temple is called Panchganga because water of five rivers Krishna Venna Koyna Savithri and Gayathri confluences here and comes out of a statue of Gaumukh which is considered very sacred by Hindus.

Good resort with beautiful view from the dam view balcony. Most importantly there was no crowd around the area making it peaceful. The food taste was great as well. They have a roof top restaurant. Breakfast could have been better. Only 2 options: id
