Sometimes the best hotels are not the grandest. My third stay here and am pleasantly surprised by the high level of service graciousness that each and every team member radiates. Always a player to stay here. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is amazing. Tried some local sea food. Wow..

A wonderful stay with great hospitality. I stayed with my aged father during first week of June 2023. I Missed out to appreciate the wonderful team during that time itself. The whole of breakfast f&b team & their hospitality was brilliant. Clean & hygiene. One of the Chef named Shama (spell check, please) was amazing. Her friendliness & professionalism was amazing. Will stay again.

Great place to stay, high in hospitality, service, food quality, great staff. One issue I noticed, the bed sheets and pillow cases smells high in chlorine. I forgot to mention that to the management. Great place for foreigners. $$$. But worth to stay.

As I walked into my room, I couldn't help but notice how immaculate everything looked. The crisp linens, the polished furniture, and the elegant decor all came together to create a truly serene space. But it wasn't just the cleanliness that put me at ease - it was the stunning view outside my window. As I sipped my coffee, I watched as planes took off and landed in the distance, feeling a sense of calm wash over me. As for the food and drink, I was blown away. The bar offered an impressive selection of cocktails, and the cuisine was nothing short of phenomenal. But the real standout was the breakfast - it was simply fabulous. I couldn't get enough of the fresh fruit, fluffy pancakes, and crisp bacon. But what really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone from the front desk clerk to the housekeeping team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. And the cherry on top? The airport shuttle that whisked me away to catch my flight. All in all, I had an unforgettable experience at Marriott. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, and I'll be sure to recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

The rooms and bathroom are excellent. The TV reception is bad (the news reader's voice cuts regularly). Breakfast spread was good but the cut watermelon was a bit jaded. Next to the Airport.

It was the best experience out of the luxurious lives we can get in other 5 star rated hotels. The services were quick and filled with pleasant faces. Everybody was kind and very friendly. A staff named Krishnaveny came to my attention as she took care of my things and made sure i was comfortable throught my journey at this courtyard by Marriott Kochi. I am very much happy withe their services.

Brilliant overall - we wandered in and were able to get a room for the day. The desk staff was friendly, helpful and efficient from check in to getting the airport shuttle. Food ordered from room service was amazing.

Multiple issues post checkin. 1. Asked for cutlery at around 9:30 PM and it reached my room after 4 calls and 2 visits to reception at 10:30 PM. Not sure why it took so long and inconvenience caused to the guest to go to the reception to ask for it. 2. Issue with the room phones. Did not work and had to call a technician to fix it. 3. No one picks up when you dial 0. Have to wait for 2-3 mins for someone to response. 4 Hair dryer in the room did not work and had to ask for a replacement 5. Kettle in the room was dirty and not cleaned. Again had to ask for a replacement. The amount that was charged for this room and service received is way off. 9,5K paid with this service. Never visiting again.
